2 & 1/2cupsall purpose flour OR bread flour
2tbspsolive oil
1tspsugar

Instructions
Making the Dough
Pour the warm water, yeast and sugar into a medium sized bowl and mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 8-10 minutes (good time to prep your toppings!)
After the mix has rested, add in the flour, oil and sea salt and stir with a large wooden spoon or spatula until a ball begins to form.
Place the dough on a well floured clean surface and roll it out into your desired shape. Then either top and bake or place in a bowl and cover well to store in the fridge for later (up to 24 hours).
Cooking the Pizza
Preheat the oven to 450 and add the toppings of your choice to the dough.
Bake for 18-20 minutes (depending on the oven/thickness of the dough) or until the edges begin to brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
Notes
As always with sulfite free recipes the key is selecting the right ingredients! Remember to look for organic and unbleached flour, and organic sugar and oils. I personally use any yeast but my prefered brand is Fleischmanns brand.
