Sunbutter Baked Oats with Three Trees Oat & Seed Oat Milk

- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Three Trees oat & seed oat milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Sunbutter
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly coat a ramekin/oven safe dish with butter or oil.
Add all ingredients to a blender/nutri bullet/food processor and blend until well combined.
Pour the mix into the oven safe dish and add a tablespoon of sunbutter to the center of the mix. Then top with pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
Put the oat mix into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. The oats are done when the top begins to brown. Then let the baked oats cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
