Sulfite-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

A dessert option that you're not going to want to pass up! This oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe is both egg-less and sulfite-free. These chewy and soft cookies can satisfy any sweet tooth and take under an hour to make.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Raw turbinado cane sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup King Arthur organic unbleached all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Boiled water
  • 1 1/2 cup Organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup Enjoy life dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Beat butter, cane sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl until blended well.
  • Add flour and salt and mix well.
  • Boil water and combine with baking soda, then pour into mixture.
  • Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined, then place onto baking sheet using a teaspoon and bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes then enjoy!
