No Bake Sunbutter Granola Bars

A sweet & salty snack packed with nutrients, these homemade granola bars are going to be your next daily must-have! They're nut-free, sulfite-free, vegan, and can be made gluten-free. With a crunchy but smooth texture and a chocolate drizzle, it's a recipe you shouldn't pass up!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Sunbutter
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt If Sunbutter is unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
  • Press the mix down into a Tupperware lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate and drizzle onto the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Store these in your fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
