No Bake Chocolatey Almond & Oat Protein Balls

Crunchy, textured protein balls made with cacao powder, almond butter, and oats. These are the best snack to have on hand during work or school, on your next adventure, or for dessert! This recipe only takes 10 minutes to make, no baking is required, and are best as a grab & go snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mix and roll into a ball.
  • Place on parchment paper, let the balls sit for 1-2 minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

If your protein balls are crumbly, add more almond milk to the mixture!
