Healthy 5 Ingredient Crunchy Almond Butter Cookies

These nutty, subtly sweet cookies have a crunchy texture, but are melt-in-your mouth good. They're great as an afternoon snack with a cup of coffee and sweet enough to be the best dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 handful Dark chocolate morsels optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 and prepare a baking with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in one bowl then scoop out balls that are 1 tablespoon in size, roll into balls, and place onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until the cookies begin to brown and have flattened entirely.
  • Take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool COMPLETELY then serve and enjoy!

Notes

These cookies are incredibly tasty when served after cooling. They can also be eaten fresh out of the oven, but won't have the same crunchy texture and taste.
