Easy Banana Oat Bowl

Delicious bowl of oats with mixed in banana, topped with blueberries, dark chocolate morsels, banana, and vanilla cane sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Oats Organic
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries Organic/Frozen
  • 1 TBSP Sunbutter
  • 1 TBSP Dark Chocolate Morsels Enjoy Life Brand

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Mix 1/2 mashed banana into your oats and pour into the water.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes or until you reach desired texture.
  • Place oats into a bowl and top with blueberries, sunbutter, and chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle Vanilla Cane Sugar on top and enjoy!

Notes

*I prefer to soak my oats in water before cooking them as I find it helps my body digest them better. To include this step simply reduce the amount of water you boil on the stove by the amount of water your oats are soaking in!*
