- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Start by preheating the oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil.
Mix the oats, cacao powder, sea salt, and coconut sugar in a bowl.
Add in the maple syrup, coconut oil, almonds, and almond butter and mix again until the ingredients are well combined.
Press the mix onto the baking sheet until it is less than 1/2" thick.
Bake on 375 for 10 minutes or until the edges of the granola start to brown slightly.
Then remove from the oven and let the granola cool COMPLETELY before breaking it apart and enjoying!
