Clustery Chocolate & Coconut Granola

A deliciously crunchy chocolate granola recipe with a coconut-y twist. This recipe makes the best homemade granola with a perfect blend of oats, nuts, and natural sweetener. It's perfect for smoothies, with yogurt and fruit, or as a snack on the go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil.
  • Mix the oats, cacao powder, sea salt, and coconut sugar in a bowl.
  • Add in the maple syrup, coconut oil, almonds, and almond butter and mix again until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Press the mix onto the baking sheet until it is less than 1/2" thick.
  • Bake on 375 for 10 minutes or until the edges of the granola start to brown slightly.
  • Then remove from the oven and let the granola cool COMPLETELY before breaking it apart and enjoying!
