Cinnamon Pecan & Pumpkin Seed Granola

A crunchy and sweet granola recipe made with the best flavors of fall! This granola is packed with pecans, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon and held together with maple syrup and honey. It is perfect to use as a topping to any pumpkin flavored breakfasts or desserts or to throw in your morning oats and smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats Rolled & steel cut
  • 1/3 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 375 and placing parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • In one bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon and then press the mixture down onto the parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
  • When the granola is done, let it cool completely. Then break apart the granola and enjoy!

Notes

*For my homemade granola, I mix rolled oats and steel cut oats! It gives the granola the best crumbly texture.
