Chunky Chocolate Overnight Oats

These creamy, chocolatey overnight oats are the easiest healthy meal to have prepped in the fridge. Topped with banana, almonds, and chocolate chips, these oats are both nutrient dense AND delicious. This recipe makes thick, flavor packed oats that you'll love for breakfast, lunch, or any time you need a tasty snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk sub plain almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter sub any nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla** if almond milk is plain!

Toppings

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips mini morsels are best
  • 1 splash almond milk optional
  • 2 tbsp crushed/sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a container, empty nut butter jar, or in a bowl.
  • When well combined, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours or until you are ready to enjoy.
  • Before eating, add the toppings listed above or the toppings of your choice! Then mix together and enjoy.
