Chocolate Mug Cake

A single serve chocolatey mug cake that's decadent and has the best soft and fluffy cake texture. This mug cake is ready in under 10 minutes and it's incredibly tasty served with almond butter and almond milk or a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix together the flour, cacao powder, and baking soda in a mug.
  • Add in the sugar, syrup, milk, butter, and vanilla and mix well. Then add in the chocolate chips and mix again.
  • Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
