A homemade candy-like bark recipe that is perfect for a small dessert or snack on the go. This chocolate almond bark is crunchy and sweet and can be ready to eat in 20 minutes!
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Places almonds in a baggie and crush using a jar or rolling pin. Then mix the crushed almonds into the melted chocolate.
Spread the chocolate-almond mix onto a piece of parchment paper and place on a flat surface in the freezer.
After 20-25 minutes, take out the chocolate almond bark. It should be hard and easy to break apart with your hands. Then store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as desired!
