- 1/2 cup Full Fut Greek Yogurt Organic
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Chili pepper for less spice
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 5 Cherry tomatoes Optional
