Avocado Yogurt Chicken Salad

An arguably better version of the standard mayo-based chicken salad with just the right amount of sea salt and spices. This chicken salad goes great with a variety of breads, chips, and in salads. Easy to customize and best with a little spicy kick, this recipe is hard to beat!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Pulled Chicken
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Full Fut Greek Yogurt Organic
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Chili pepper for less spice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes Optional

Instructions

  • Mash the avocado and mix with the Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  • Add the seasonings to the mixture followed by the chicken and stir.
  • Enjoy!!
