Pour the raspberries into a small saucepan or pot on the stove over medium heat. Let the raspberries cook for about 5 minutes and mix occasionally.
When the raspberries begin to simmer, reduce the heat slightly and add in the chia seeds and honey. (Frozen raspberries will take slightly longer than fresh raspberries).
Let the raspberry mix cook for another 7/8 minutes while continuing to stir occasionally. When the mixture thickens slightly, remove from heat and let the jam cool.
