3 Ingredient Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Pour the raspberries into a small saucepan or pot on the stove over medium heat. Let the raspberries cook for about 5 minutes and mix occasionally.
  • When the raspberries begin to simmer, reduce the heat slightly and add in the chia seeds and honey. (Frozen raspberries will take slightly longer than fresh raspberries).
  • Let the raspberry mix cook for another 7/8 minutes while continuing to stir occasionally. When the mixture thickens slightly, remove from heat and let the jam cool.
  • After the jam has cooled, enjoy!
