Oat Bowls are easily one of my favorite meals to eat, especially when it’s cold outside or if I’m under the weather. They are easy to make, highly customizable, and can be very nutritional!

Easy Banana Oat Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Oats Organic
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries Organic/Frozen
- 1 TBSP Sunbutter
- 1 TBSP Dark Chocolate Morsels Enjoy Life Brand
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Mix 1/2 mashed banana into your oats and pour into the water.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until you reach desired texture.
- Place oats into a bowl and top with blueberries, sunbutter, and chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle Vanilla Cane Sugar on top and enjoy!
