How to Make Sunbutter Baked Oats
To make these baked oats, you’ll need a blender/nutribullet or any other appliance of that nature. It makes mixing the ingredients simple and allows for the smooth, cake-like texture of baked oats. Start by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees and lightly greasing a ramekin or oven safe dish with butter or oil.
Next, add all the ingredients except for the sunbutter and pumpkin seeds into the blender and blend until well combined. Add the mixture to your dish, then place the sunbutter in the center of the oat mixture. Top with pumpkin seeds and a bit of cinnamon then place in the oven for 20 minutes. The sunbutter baked oats are fully baked when the top begins to brown slightly! Let the oats cool for 5 minutes, then dig in and enjoy.
