Servings: 10 servings
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder not processed with alkali
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbso Seawind dried and diced mango
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsps honey
Making the Granola
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In one medium sized bowl add in the oats, cacao powder, sea salt, mango, and chocolate chips. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Add in the melted coconut oil and honey then mix again until all ingredients are wet and begin to clump together.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten using a spoon or your hands. It should be around 1/2" thick - but does not need to be super accurate.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the granola begin to brown. Then remove from the oven and let it cool entirely.
Once cool, break apart the granola with your hands, a spatula, or other tool and enjoy!
