Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder not processed with alkali
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbso Seawind dried and diced mango
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsps melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsps honey

Instructions

Making the Granola

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In one medium sized bowl add in the oats, cacao powder, sea salt, mango, and chocolate chips. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add in the melted coconut oil and honey then mix again until all ingredients are wet and begin to clump together.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten using a spoon or your hands. It should be around 1/2" thick - but does not need to be super accurate.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the granola begin to brown. Then remove from the oven and let it cool entirely.
  • Once cool, break apart the granola with your hands, a spatula, or other tool and enjoy!

Storage

  • Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week!
