- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp melted butter melted
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp milk can use almond milk or regular milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 handful chocolate chips
Start by combining the flour, sugar, baking soda, and sea salt in a mug.
Mix in the melted butter, milk and vanilla.
When smooth, add in the chocolate chips and mix once more.
Microwave the mix for 60-90 seconds (this will depend on the microwave strength) until the cake has risen, is a golden yellow color and has a spongy texture. You can confirm it is cooked through by sticking a toothpick into the center and ensuring it comes out without batter or only with moist crumbs.
