Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp melted butter melted
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp milk can use almond milk or regular milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 handful chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by combining the flour, sugar, baking soda, and sea salt in a mug.
  • Mix in the melted butter, milk and vanilla.
  • When smooth, add in the chocolate chips and mix once more.
  • Microwave the mix for 60-90 seconds (this will depend on the microwave strength) until the cake has risen, is a golden yellow color and has a spongy texture. You can confirm it is cooked through by sticking a toothpick into the center and ensuring it comes out without batter or only with moist crumbs.
