Tasty Sulfite Free Crumb Cake

organic, unbleached

Wet Ingredients

melted butter

cup
cane sugar

cup
maple syrup
1
cup
greek yogurt
1
tsp
vanilla

cup
warm milk or water
milk preferred
Crumb topping
4
cups
all purpose flour
1 1/2
cups
cane sugar
4
sticks
melted butter
(2 cups)

tbsp
cinnamon
Instructions
For the cake
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients (minus the milk) in another.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients then add the warm milk (or water).
Stir well and pour into a pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes and remove when set.
Crumb topping
Mix together the flour, sugar and cinnamon then slowly stir in the wet ingredients.
Place the mix on top of the cake (you may have to use your hands!).
Bake for 10 minutes with the crumb topping.
