Ingredients
- Organic frozen mangos
- Organic banana
- Whole milk organic Greek Yogurt
- All natural organic almond butter
- Organic spinach
- Almond milk
- Organic sprouted sunflower seeds
Making the Green Smoothie & Notes
To make this smoothie, combine all the ingredients in a blender or Nutri-bullet. The smoothie texture will work best with frozen mangos, but if you have a frozen banana and regular mangoes that will work as well. You can also use regular milk, pistachio milk, or even water instead of almond milk.
This smoothie is incredible topped with sunflower seeds and some extra almond butter, but both are optional. If you want a smooth texture that you can drink, leave the sunflower seeds off. But if you enjoy eating a smoothie with a spoon, the sunflower seeds are the way to go!
